Photo Factory Booking Policy

• All booked appointments are refundable if canceled 48 hours prior to book date.

• All booked appointments may be rescheduled 48 hours prior to book date.

• No Call, No Shows are not eligible for a refund.

• Appointments that must be canceled within 48 hours are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to blocking hours for others.

• At the discretion of Photo Factory, appointments that cannot be attended may be transferred to a new date and time.

• At the discretion of Photo Factory, exceptions may be made.
